As the title suggests, today is my good friend Simone's birthday. And it's not just any birthday, it's the big 3-0!
So because presents are hard to come by around these parts, Marcus suggested that I get 45 of my closet 12 year old friends to help me out.....

It's my birthday on Friday, but I don't think that I will be getting such a terrific present as this from China -- my son probably won't even remember.
I just sent him a care package full of critical necessities such as underwear, deodorant & books -- maybe I should have sent a birthday reminder along as well.

Yep, l will be celebrating my birthday for the next 2 weeks actually and am very pleased about that. I initially woke with the birthday blues, but then realised l had so many other things still planned in honour of getting older. Away this weekend with Adrian and next weekend, l am having a winter wonderland party at my place. It should be good. You have to see the stuff l have bought/hired.
Still really annoyed that l can't see this picture. Thanks heaps though for organising whatever it is, as l get the feeling it is very cool.
